Brisket Tacos

  • 24 Guerrero® Corn Tortillas Taqueras
  • 1 pound of cooked beef brisket, sliced
  • 2 cups of red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees.
  • Warm the brisket in the oven until hot.
  • Combine the red cabbage, scallions, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl and mix everything. Set aside and prepare the tacos.
  • Warm tortillas on a hot comal or skillet and wrap them in a kitchen towel to keep them warm.
  • Remove the brisket from the oven and cut into ½” slices. Then, evenly distribute the brisket and other ingredients in each tortilla.
  • Serve with your favorite salsa and enjoy!
