Ingredients
  • 1 pkg Guerrero® Taquería Style corn tortillas or 2 pkgs Guerrero®Caseras flour tortillas (your choice)
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 lb bacon, chopped
  • 4 lbs steak, cubed
  • 2 lbs pork, cubed
  • 1 lb chorizo
  • 2 lbs sausage for grilling, cut in small pieces
  • 1 lb sliced onion
  • 1 lb chopped tomato
  • Jalapeños or bell pepper to taste, cut into strips
  • 1 beer
  • Half a bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste (Worcestershire sauce can also be used)
Directions
  • Heat a little oil on the discada (cooking disc). Add and fry the minced garlic. Then add and fry the bacon, and put it aside. Next, fry the chorizo, and once cooked, put it aside. Now fry the pork until golden brown and put it aside. Now fry the beef, seasoning it with salt and pepper, to taste. Now mix all the cooked ingredients and add the sliced sausage, the remaining vegetables, and mix everything until cooked through.
  • You can pour on some beer at any point when cooking the meat to keep it juicy and flavorful.
  • Once everything is cooked, garnish the mix with cilantro and heat your Guerrero® tortillas on the discada, around the meat at the perimeter.
  • Your discada is ready to serve.
  • Enjoy your dish with guacamole, hot sauce and asadero or Oaxaca cheese. Bon appetit!
