Steak & Bean Burritos

  • 6 Guerrero® Flour Tortillas Caseras
  • 1 cup of cooked white rice, warm
  • 1 pound of skirt beef steak, grilled and chopped
  • ¼ cup of grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup of refried beans, warm
  • Guacamole, optional
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, warm the Guerrero Caseras tortillas one at a time. Set aside.
  • Spread warm refried beans on each tortilla and fill them with rice, divided evenly on all six. Then, add the grilled beef steak on each one with a sprinkle of Monterrey Jack cheese.
  • Fold in 1 ½ inches of the tortilla on each side and roll into a tight burrito. Warm the burritos in the oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve immediately with a side of guacamole.
